Terms and Conditions for online classes.

1.      Fees shall be paid in advance for a minimum of eight classes by the candidate / student.

2.      Payment of fees shall be made online to the account specified by Sankarshana Academy.

3.      Fees once remitted shall not be transferable or refunded.

4.      In case of delay in payment, students shall not be given access to the classes.

5.      The fees shall not include provision of any costumes, jewelry or music.

6.      Fees remitted for 8 classes shall hold good for a maximum period of 4 weeks from the date of commencement of classes.

7.      Fees shall not be carried forward in the event of the candidate not availing the sessions or classes as pre-scheduled by Sankarshana Academy.

8.      The classes missed, in part or in full, by the candidate shall not be compensated for, under any circumstance.

9.      Regular attendance, punctuality and discipline are a necessity.

10.   The candidate is required to follow a specified dress code for the classes.

11.   Only the registered candidate shall be eligible to avail the training for the specified duration of eight classes.

12.   Disputes if any, shall be restricted to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.

13.   Rights of admission reserved by Sankarshana Academy.

14.   Any issues faced by the candidate, in attending the classes, due to poor internet connectivity or improper infrastructure or otherwise has to be addressed by the candidate themselves and Sankarshana Academy will not be responsible for the loss of classes incurred by the candidate.

15.   Candidates shall have the option to attend offline classes at Sankarshana Academy premises with the prior permission of the teaching faculty.

16.   Candidates are prohibited from sharing the links which are provided to aid their learning, with persons, who are not part of Sankarshana Academy, without prior permission of Sankarshana Academy.

17.   Sankarshana Academy reserves the right to dismiss the candidate if found ineligible or violating the said terms and conditions.

18.   Sankarshana Academy reserves the right to alter the fee structure as and when required.
